Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are provided by REPOVIC.DEV LLC d/b/a BlueBridge ("BlueBridge," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of bluebridge.tech, our APIs, applications, website, device connection flows, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

BlueBridge provides infrastructure that allows users to connect their own iPhone to our API using Apple's Shortcuts app and related automation flows. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc. and do not provide the underlying iMessage, SMS, carrier, or Apple network services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using BlueBridge, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

1.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information
  • keep your login credentials, API keys, and connected device access secure
  • promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
  • remain responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, devices, and integrations

1.3 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Services, engaged in spam or misuse, or exposed us or other users to operational, legal, or reputational harm.


2. Service Description

2.1 Infrastructure-Only Role

BlueBridge provides infrastructure, APIs, webhook delivery, and device connection tooling. Messages are sent and received through the user's own iPhone, Apple environment, and carrier relationship.

BlueBridge does not own or control:

  • Apple services
  • iMessage or SMS networks
  • mobile carrier delivery
  • third-party device failures
  • the content created or sent by users

2.2 Shortcuts-Based Operation

BlueBridge uses Apple's official Shortcuts app and shortcut-based automation flows for setup and operation. These flows may include installer, sender, and receiver shortcuts. Your use of those tools must comply with Apple's rules, your device restrictions, and applicable law.

2.3 Service Availability

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery success, or compatibility across all devices, carriers, Apple versions, or configurations.


3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You may not use BlueBridge to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abusive automation
  • engage in phishing, impersonation, fraud, scams, or deceptive conduct
  • harass, threaten, stalk, or otherwise abuse any individual or organization
  • violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right
  • send unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful content
  • distribute malware, malicious links, or harmful code
  • probe, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Services or our APIs without authorization
  • circumvent limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or impair service availability
  • use the Services in a way that degrades platform quality for other users

4. Messaging and User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • the content of messages sent or received through your connected devices
  • obtaining any legally required notices, permissions, or consents
  • complying with communications, privacy, anti-spam, and consumer protection laws
  • your own workflow logic, integrations, webhook consumers, and downstream actions

BlueBridge is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, delivery, or consequences of messages sent through a user's phone. We provide the infrastructure layer only.


5. Spam, Phishing, and Misuse Enforcement

BlueBridge may investigate and act on usage patterns that suggest:

  • spam campaigns
  • phishing attempts
  • suspicious automation
  • credential abuse
  • message flooding
  • fair use violations
  • misuse of webhook or API infrastructure

We reserve the right to disable device access, revoke API access, block traffic, rate-limit accounts, or terminate users who engage in such activity.


6. Fair Use and Unlimited Features

If a plan or feature is described as "unlimited," that means fair use only. Unlimited use is permitted only to the extent that it does not materially affect service reliability, platform performance, abuse controls, or the experience of other users.

We may apply technical, operational, or commercial limits where necessary to protect the Services.


7. Pricing, Billing, and Changes

Pricing, plan availability, and features may change over time. Promotional access, free plans, previews, and coming-soon plans may be added, changed, restricted, or removed at any time.

If paid billing is enabled for your account in the future, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with the plan you select.


8. Data and Privacy

We do not sell user data or message data. We process data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Users may delete data through the API where supported, subject to legal, operational, fraud-prevention, and backup limitations.


9. Intellectual Property

BlueBridge and all related software, content, branding, APIs, documentation, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, or resell the Services without authorization
  • remove proprietary notices
  • use the Services to build a competing service by extracting or replicating our infrastructure

10. Third-Party Services

Your use of Apple devices, iOS, Shortcuts, iMessage, SMS, carriers, hosting providers, webhook consumers, or other connected services is subject to those third parties' own rules and terms.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party outages or platform changes
  • carrier filtering or delivery failures
  • Apple restrictions or behavior
  • device-level failures or configuration issues
  • the actions of your downstream integrations

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, AND SECURITY.

We do not guarantee:

  • successful message delivery
  • uninterrupted uptime
  • compatibility with every iPhone, iOS version, carrier, or region
  • error-free operation
  • that the Services will meet every workflow, legal, or compliance requirement of your use case

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • BlueBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
  • BlueBridge will not be liable for lost profits, lost business, data loss, reputational harm, message failures, or service interruptions
  • our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueBridge, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • your use of the Services
  • your messages, content, data, or integrations
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of law or third-party rights
  • spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or misuse associated with your account or devices

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access at any time if:

  • you violate these Terms
  • you create abuse, fraud, spam, or security risk
  • you materially affect service quality for other users
  • you expose us to legal or reputational harm
  • we are required to do so by law or third-party platform requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.


15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where U.S. federal law applies.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the date at the top of the document, through the Services, or by email.

Your continued use of BlueBridge after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and BlueBridge regarding the Services.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

17.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

17.4 Assignment

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
