REPOVIC.DEV LLC d/b/a BlueBridge ("BlueBridge," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides software infrastructure that connects a user's iPhone to our API using Apple's Shortcuts app and related automation flows (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and process information about you when you use bluebridge.tech, our applications, our APIs, and related services.
BlueBridge is infrastructure software. Messages are sent and received through the user's own iPhone. We are not affiliated with Apple Inc., and Apple, iPhone, iMessage, iOS, and Shortcuts are referenced only to describe compatibility and functionality.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect about account holders, developers, website visitors, and users of our APIs and applications. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

4. BlueBridge's Role
BlueBridge provides infrastructure only. Messages are transmitted through the user's own iPhone and the user's own Apple and carrier environment. We do not operate iMessage, SMS networks, Apple services, or carrier networks.
We use the official iOS Shortcuts framework and shortcut-based flows to help users automate sending, receiving, installation, and event forwarding. Your use of Apple products and services remains subject to Apple's own terms, policies, and platform limitations.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, API keys, devices, and connected services.

We may monitor accounts, API usage, messaging behavior, webhook patterns, and device activity to detect spam, phishing, harassment, fraud, unusual automation, rate abuse, or behavior that threatens the service or other users.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we believe misuse, abuse, or policy violations are occurring.
11. International Transfers
If you access BlueBridge from outside the country where our infrastructure or providers operate, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Children's Privacy
BlueBridge is not intended for children, and users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information without proper authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
